    Remark:增压泵根据油田注水泵工艺的不断的发展，我厂专门为了满足油田注水泵的要求而设计加长动力端、液力端采用直通组合式板阀。整体式内外组合，填料函体、柱塞采用单体式平衡作用，改善了泵头破裂和填料函拆装维修困难。提高了泵运行的可靠性，安全性，维修方便。每台泵配有安全调压阀，泵的压力可任意调节，并配有润滑油温、泵进出口压力报警保护。 组装型式：卧式、立式、固定式、撬装式。 传动型式：电动机或柴油机；变速有齿轮箱、皮带轮、电磁调速、变频调速。 主要零部件：机座（材料HT250）；泵体（材料：316、1Cr18Ni9Ti、2Cr13、碳钢化镀镍-磷合金防腐层）经热处理，避免疲劳破裂；曲轴（材料：35CrMo、42CrMo）经调质硬氮化处理、强度大、硬度高、耐磨耐用；柱塞（材料：超性陶瓷、喷焊镍Ni60合金耐磨耐腐层）；盘根密封（采用进口芳纶或碳素材料）。 润滑型式：飞溅润滑。 阀组型式：锥阀、平板阀，经特殊处理，耐磨耐用。

Straight-path combined plate valve is used, inside and outside are wholely combined, single balanced structure are used in sealing device and piston so that it is convenient to disassemble, assemble and repair the sealing part, while crack of pump head is avoided thus increase the reliability and safety of operation, and maintenance becomes easier. Regulating safety valve is provided in this series of pump, so that pump pressure can be regulated freely. And alarms for temperature of lubricating oil and inlet and outlet pressure of the pump are also provided.
